Wish i had known these existed back in the 80s! ha

Acclaim made some great LCD handhelds i had no idea existed! Now i'm on the hunt for them. Smash TV is another and Total Recall!

I have one of them, somewhere. IIRC it was a free gift for subscribing to Game Zone.

depends though when they were giving them away. if it was years later then probably just moving on old stock.

It's great you could get officially licenced games back in the day, rather than puck man and astro wars non licenced stuff that i had.

Yeah I never saw them in Argos! Which was where I got all my grandstand ones! As a kid

ahh yeah of course, could be bargain basement clearance. I suppose they were covering the lynx and stuff, so a lcd handheld in comparison was a bit rubbish!

I have a soft spot for all things lcd handheld. What they managed to do with fixed sprites is awesome

And the shiny chrome grandstand boxes we like drugs to me when i was 10!! lol

I had a few of these as a kid inc Golden Axe/Double Dragon which were a bit pants looking back but I loved them at the time.

And a good puzzle dual screen bank raid game which even my Dad liked.

Still got my Mr Rich Man in the chrome box I bought new from shop in Leicester called Alpha Discounts
