Advice on space hire

As my parents are looking to move house I have been looking at space to
rent for my machines. I have found somewhere local which is 300sq foot
and is central heated. They want £350 per month, but are willing to
negotiate on a lower price if taken on a 1 year plus lease.

Is this a good price and would anyone be interested in sharing space?

Sounds a pretty reasonable price to me. I pay nearly a 1/3 of that for 40sq ft albeit in London. Make sure that price is PCM and inclusive of VAT, Insurance, (and presumably electricity?).

For that sort of money I wound be looking to rent a small house!

If I could find a couple extra people to split the space then it wouldn't be to bad. But £350 a month is just too much for me at this time.

Hmmmm, you can rent a garage from the council for 7.50 a week here in Stafford, powered with security cameras....
