Advice required

Ok, so Romeo has let me down for the last time and owes me approx. 2K for a run of 500 superguns.
Realistically, what can I do? he doesn't want to see me anymore( surprise surprise) but wants to do bank transfer of cash to pay off this debt(when he eventually start a job).... I don't trust him with the sh*te that comes out my bum let alone bank details but I want to hound this c*nt till I get my money....
Any advice welcome

Good luck!!! I used to run business and ended up being owes thousands of pounds from customers and nobody paid. Not even worth talk g to court as they side with the t**sers who owe you money.

I have just about given up chasing £40k as it just isn't worth it.

Hope you get yours sorted tho.

A stern but polite face to face visit and discuss securing an asset against the debt he owes.
An asset secured against a debt should be of four times the debt amount. A car, gold jewellery (especially the wife's as this will get payment faster) Flat screen tv etc etc.

A polite explanation of fairness and how debt recovery works will get things going.

If he has no assets at all then ask him to secure some from family, be polite but don't leave until you have something that would easily sell if he lets you down.

Agree a fixed date for repayment once you have the secured assets and agree any action that will be taken if the date passes. Get him to sign this in person.

If he will not agree to any of this then he has no intention of paying so you have to use other methods. Before you get other methods involved make sure you have written acknowledgement of the debt with his signature.

Or make sure you have enough proof via emails and text messages etc of his promises to pay the total amount.

Never make any threats of action.
