Can anyone identify this PCB?

I take it nobody can identify this board? Does anyone know what arcade games used an Intel 4040 CPU? I got this board in a job lot from Germany. It may be a bootleg. Thanks.

It's worth a try running what's printed on the Green Label past Google Translate,If your German is not up to scratch..

I'm pretty certain this is not a videogame, i have had one or two of these in the past...

They are intel 4040 based, i think it is for a very early hi-lo poker machine or other gambling device.

I never did hook one up, but i don't believe it generates video, the last one i had was 10 years ago or more... I believe the design is european in origin, but i have seen them for sale in Canada before.
