Sadly though this type of gaming can(and has) recked relationships
and marriages...
It's too easy to get immersed completely.

Maybe we should invent the "online IV and decathater linkup"
for continously online play without interruption.

Modern games are great as well, played and finished Halo2 and others,
still the 80's games hold much much more for me and always will.

Anyway, anyone getting close to those world records?

I'm pretty close. 1.4 million against the WR of 1.6 million on
Missile Command tournament settings (no bonus cities). Gary Whelan
is obviously the current champ on Galaxians - he's looking to extend
his record, and a guy called Nick Hutt is looking 99% sure of
passing the world record on Space Harrier.

The 3 of us will be at CGEUK on Saturday attempting to beat those
respective records.

Yep I can't wait, I'm confident I can do this, just hope I can have more than 1 attempt at it as one of those games I know will be amazing.
