Daytona USA twin volume issue

Hi guys,
my Daytona USA twin is not getting the maximum/full volume.
As i turn the volume from minimum, it only gets some volume at the middle of the pot range.
I had changed volume pots, so they are not the problem.
Any ideas of what i could check?

Are you definitely using a 5K pot and the 3 wires connected/soldered to the correct terminals?

I had sound problems which was caused by corroded resistors on the audio mixer pcb (838-10141)

Yes. Sound works but not fully.

right, i ve read your post. My mixing boards just came from a technician, and the strange part is cause both sides are showing the same issue.
