I'm looking to get my two kids using their brains a bit more over the summer and need some suggestions for some basic electronic or robot kits. Kids are 5 & 12.
I'll be able to help them both at times but it would be good If I can get them to make/do something off their own backs instead is complaining they're bored over the holidays.
They love computers/tablets/internet and gadgets but haven't got a clue how they work.
I was thinking of those x-in-one electronic kits or even an Arduino for my oldest, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations? Perhaps a robot kit that that can be Laptop controlled & designed for kids? Not sure what's out there so any help appreciated.
