got all bits at work
i do all my own pluming at work…

no drama but it was lucky
cabs are at my mums and i went on the off chance…
had been leaking about an hour i reckon
teaspoon in the egregret 2 controll panel …
could have been a lot worse … that’s the third one i have seen now
90’ degree bends in cooper = all will leak this one was bent in 1989 during
the council house modernisation…
so 32 years of mains water tuning round it …
the copper is stretched very thin on the outside edge …
then a pin hole just 1 random day and today was the day..

Bummer, but yeah, you got lucky it wasn't worse. Got a leak in my games room roof which I only noticed when my framed Pole Position poster fell off the wall, due to the cardboard back getting wet and the hanging hook came away. Just another thing to add to the endless list of things that need fixing in this old place.
