Hi all!
Just wanted to show off my first cab!
It's an original, unrestored Chase HQ, picked up from ebay a month or so ago.
It's a non runner for now, giving a "local ram error" - but I'm super pleased with it.

I'd also love to dig up some more info about my specific cabinet if anyone on here knows anything, or can tell me anything from my pics.

I believe it came from Ten Pin in Colchester when they did their refit - somehow it remained there until 2023!
It has asset tags - number 36 on a plastic disc on the machine and on the keyring. - and some vintage chewing gum on the back

here are a few pics

Yeah, its in pretty nice condition as far as I can tell, not much damage at all, just general ageing. Looks like someone did respray the pedal, but that is all as far as I can see.
Yep, the esprit is mine - also not working yet

Ya got a Porsche 928 to go with it, that would be nice :)
I've got a lot of projects not working Arcade stuff and cars so I know that all to well
I couldn't play my Chase HQ for months, well sound only as monitor was faulty and back then it was a waiting game for a monitor as the monitor board was too badly burnt up to repair, mind you it was months before Op Wolf was working also, had to get a replacement game board but they were worth the wait

I’d been looking for one for years, but was out in NZ for a number of years, so buyong one here wasn’t really practical. I saw one or two online from an ebay seller at pretty high prices, but never anything that really caught my eye. Then I moved back to the UK and within a couple of months 2 showed up. Tried to buy one on here but was too slow, but managed to get this one on ebay for just over a grand. Which seems oretty rasonable to me, especially considering it is in good shape and is unmolested. + came with a spare board set.

The spare boards are also untested, but clearly had some work done Some time ago as they have Brent Leisure stickers and a bunch of old AMD And Texas Instruments chips on them.

Hopefully I have enough to get it going :)

Haha, yeah, wouldn’t say no to a 928.
