Hi guys,
Complete noob here so please go easy on me.
I want to start an arcade project build and have been looking at the different style of cabinets available. My ideal cabinet would be something like a Killer Instinct/MK3 but these very rarely come available and if did would probably be a restoration rather than a Mame conversion.
So the next cabinet that i like the look of is the Golden Tee machines and i am wondering how easy it is for someone like me with no prior experience to turn one of these cabinets into a mame project.
Ideally i would keep the crt and have a PC running inside.
I have obviously google this and although there are a lot of conversions out there, these tend to come from people with vast amounts of knowledge and dont cover the very basics.
I class myself as pretty technical but just wanted peoples opinions or idea's really on how to go about this in the right way for me.
Any advice would be fantastic.
