bezel and bits are ok in need of a bloody good clean and the monitor is in bits may be a gunblade to the rescue job

Do you know if the pcb stack is a worker? That could be the only stumbling block if it's faulty as there aren't many sets around working.

ok upon futher investigation i seem to have a bunch of cut wires one of the fuses is not connected to anything around the transformer and a nice dust free place where something seems to have been sat but is now missing any ideas ? please

looking over the manual looks like the 120/240 volt iso transformer is missing

also im looking for the tiny bulbs that go in the top of the joystick the graphic insert that fits in the joystick and replacements for the ranking board lights or the alternatives others here have used.

Make sure you heat sink the big custom in the centre of those CPU boards!
I'm also on the lookout for the replacement bulbs too, preferably LEDs.
