Its good to know that at least some video games will survive thanks to places like this. Grew up at the seaside and spent most of my time hanging around the arcades and all my money on R-type and Wardner amongst others. Shame to see them disappear and hate to think of all the machines that got scrapped as the industry shrank.Â?

Shame how bad it's gotten in the last 15 years, still there's a hardcore of guys preserving the classics and the ideal's of the machines so welcome aboard buddy

The only think that has changed in Blackpool is the lack of cabs still full of you bloody scots

Yup ideally on the look out an original cocktail for the lounge and maybe an upright for under the stairs. Fairly handy in terms of making stuff and the practical side of electronics (not theory) so maybe a do-er upper to learn as I go.

Sounds like you have the basic's anyway, maybe best to get a working one first to learn on, then go for the projects

I I don't, and the only one I could find on web shows the whole row with a couple missing either end out of shot, all but two have been burnt down, never really thought about it at the time and there was no camera phones etc around. Been looking at it for a few years but had no where to put one until now decided to replace the dining table thats never used with something that will get used. gazcicini2011-12-30 13:01:14
