Help! Not receiving subscription emails

Does anybody else have an issue with receiving new post notification emails from subscriptions? I don't appear to be receiving any. Interestingly when I registered with the site I never received the activation email.I had to get my account activated server side by an admin. Any help with a fix or any advice would be appreciated.

mine come through fine

a little late at times but they do come

have you added ukvac to white list

Hi Adam, I've checked your email address and subscriptions and it all looks good from this end. I presume you've done the obvious and checked your spam folder; have you had any notifications at all since you first subscribed? Do you have an alternative email address you could try to see if that is causing an issue?

If you have an email that's not one of the big ones gmail, hotmail, msn ... your email service might be blocking the ukvac mailserver, eg if ukvac shares an IP or IP block with someone else who is spamming.

I had this problem with goDaddy who played dumb (or support were dumb) until I told them that they have hidden (to the customer) IP blocking that the customer can't opt out from. Needless to say I moved all my web stuff away from goDaddy.

I'm having the same problem as you on another uk aracde forum. And it's not a hidden blacklist problem this time (I am assured!!)
