I bought Panzer Dragoon for the Switch, Limited Edition.
I regret it - cost me £50 and a 6 month wait for what was blatantly a £10 game.

I just wanted it in a box.

I’ve ordered one of this Taito Egret II Mini Blue Special editions.

Paid an arm and a leg for it to be brought in. Blatantly going to be horse muck and worth a pack of polos in 3 months

When you’re willing to accept a pack of Polos for it, let me know. I’ll swap you.

Over Christmas (time flies) I finally got panzer dragoon zwei to complete the trio on Saturn. Each game takes a big leap over the last, Saga is something special if you can get over the early 3d graphics. Know a bloke who used to work for Sega uk and he has a couple nos saga games never opened. Srange/unique series when Sega was mad, hard to put your finger on it, music by the girl who went on to do silent Hill too.

Blatant pornography to me, big tangent aside yeah hoarding games is bad for the soul. Every duplicate/triplicate game costs an angels their wings.

It was Zwei that I had for the Saturn and loved it at the time (even though it looked rough as hell). I think 2 was using wavetable synthesis, whereas 1 was CD music.

Saturn games are daft money too. I've got Guardian Heroes and Shinobi and they're probably worth more than a fiver each now...

I also used to have a stack of MVS carts, now just have my favourites. Why not sell 19 of the Puzzle Bobbles at say £20 a pop, then you would have approx £400 to buy something you would play!

Got about 20 PCBs, All my wanted ones from my youth. No swaps means no hoarding to me

Home Video games is a different matter. For example I have several copies of some games on the Super Famicom / US SNES. I like having different regions of the same game. Same with PS2 (US / JP). I like to think of them as a collection, but there is a bit of hoarding in there too

i am a small hoarder of a few boards and other console non-sense and yes they will be going as I think the peak value is around now with nostalgia.

however with arcade boards, i hate seeing them sat around people's places not being used but I am thinking of doing a service of building replca cabs for ur board, something like that....

arcades need u now as were back

I've probably around 60 - 70 boards boxed up, working and in need of repair, but ultimately looking to get them put into machines at some point. Also sitting on around 15 cab projects waiting for the workshop to be created. Everything from single cabs to multi player racers.

Looking at this as a bit of a long term project(s). Hoping by the end of this year, we'll have the workshop up and running and will be able to showcase a number of these.

I have 300 pcbs and I play like 30-40 a year. However, I am happy to know that I can play the same games I played 30 years ago.
