I have been scammed on eBay UK, who knows that guy

Guys, I am so f......ing angry.
I have bought a Space Harrier bezel and CP almost 2 months ago and did´nt get it until today!

The seller first said he did send it but it came back to him and I shall be patiently.
Now almost 2 monts ago (time ran and I did´nt realize it) I still dont have the parts and eBay, as well as PayPal, is now out of the game.....very good security eBay, very good!

Meanwhile I saw that the seller did offer it another time and and a price offer on it.

Here are the parts, thats the one I have bought:

and is the second offer (and for sure he does´nt have that parts twice)

As you see the stupid name of that Mofo is

"ilovegirlyboots2011"

and his name seems to be:

Scammer: I am away on Thursday and will ot be back until Monday night so earliest posting would be Tuesday.

Only thing I mind is to pack the parts well.... :)

I fear the parts wont arrive.

I have ordered parts a week and half after I ordered your parts and they arrived on friday.

You told me to be patiently....and I was but I think you never sent the parts. (no answer)

some days ago.

Now we have the 24th, its 10 days later and if you sent it some days before its around 2 weeks.

I open a case of not sent item on eBay now.

If you can show me a confirmation that you sent it tomorrow I wait a few days more.

you did not send it yet as you are just to lazy its better you tell me
NOW! I never had the impression that you are a gangster, it rather seems
to me that you just forget about it your that you are to lazy and so
the time went on and now you have no idea how to tell me that the parts
are still not sent.

If so its better to tell me the truth now before I go further steps, not to answer a totally wrong way.

I have an answer from the guy....a very funny one:

Dude,

the
items are not sent yet they are still in my lounge. They are boxed up
and ready to go as soon as I have money to send them. The money you sent
to me was used to pay fuel bills and at the moment I have to wait until
I get benefit money from the state (as i have no job at the moment) in
order to send them.

I
did send them originally and they were sent back to my house. Now I
realise that this is not your fault and it wasn't my fault either.
However, Money was spent to send the items to you. Now I have to pay the
postage for a second time myself. So if you can be a bit more patient
you will get the stuff.

I also found the guy on Facebook, he is a friend of my man Alpha1......folks, give me recommendations what to do.

Oll´, how good do you know the guy, is he close to you located so that he can give you the parts and you take them with you when you pick the pinball (which I think is going to happen)?

The problem is that I dint understand why he does not informs me. After 2 minths I have to sei where the parts are and THEN he tells me what the reason is....he should have tell me so earlier and by himself.

The auction ended on August 31 and I fo to my mailbox every day since that day!!!

I'm talking to him just now. He assured me you will get the parts when he gets his next unemployment money. He is a good guy but having some problems.

He is just a bit behind with things. He is getting behind due to lack of money. But he will come through with the parts. Where do you live ??? If it doesn't cost too much I might pop over and help with the postage. But you will definitely get the parts either way.

I have to say it one more time, people on this board are sooo much more friendly and helpful like in no other board....how is that possible...THIS BOARD (OR RATHER THE MEMBERS) RULE BIG TIME!

I live in Vienna/Austria...I paid (if I remembers right) 27€

i wouldn't worry about winding him up - you are not in the wrong here! It doesn't matter what his financial position is, you paid for the items to be posted, you didn't give him money for his bills. Whilst i can understand someone deciding to prioritise and put themselves first when they are short of money, at the end of the day it is not your problem and he should face up to what he was doing and not try and turn it around so you look like a bad guy for wondering where your stuff is after 2 months and no communication...

Duncan, it was probably never sent at all... if he spent the money on bills and could not then afford to pay shipping then that was the easiest story to buy him some time.
