The first time I ever heard it was on here, just figured it was a bad translation it's not found in the Oxford English dictionary either.

the closest english word is disposable both from the latin base dius (meaning singular) though the usage seem in the context of sales is the secondary one the more common modern usage in english is the first, nice double meaning in line with what flinnster has said "non-returnable"

Disponible is Spanish and it means available. Quick usage example:

Spanish:

Tu placa original Cadillacs and Dinosaurs está disponible a la venta por 50 euros.

English:

Your original Cadillacs and Dinosaurs pcb is available for sale for 50 euros.
