Received a Lunar Lander from Bonehead to check over and thought it was a good opportunity to demonstrate the Paul Swan Arduino ICT (http://www.ukvac.com/forum/arduino-incircuit-tester-build-project_topic349525.html) whilst asking for some advice from experienced repairers.
It's not progressing through the self-tests and fails with a single beep (zero page ram error). The problem is that the ICT can read / write the RAM and read all the ROM. What should I check next? I've not got a digital oscilloscope or logic analyzer so preferably I just want signals or ICs to check for general health.
