Magic Sponge and Alcohol

Decided go give my Galaxian a clean. What a difference 15 mins with a Magic Sponge and Alcohol makes.
Only problem now is I'm wondering how dirty all my other cabs are and should I clean them all.

Very nice! Is that artwork a stencil too? Wondering if this would work for Midway Space Invaders or Asteroids or if it would affect the artwork.

Yeah I think its painted as a bit did come off. I only used the 70% alcohol rather than the 95% don't know if it makes a difference but it works great on the whites. I will be trying on a SI and Asty soon, have the cleaning bug now!!

Could be the camera or just the light was getting worse but the yellow and green look a lot better in person than in the picture.

Just thought I say I tried a little bit of magic sponge on my Asteroids and it's coming up really well! The artwork isn't as damaged as much as I first thought (but it's not great though). I'll definitely give it the once over when I've got some spare time. Thanks for the tip!
