Megadrive to USB Adapter

Hi,

Does anyone know if you can still buy Megadrive to USB adapters? I'd like to use my Mega Arcade Stick with MAME on my PC, but I don't want to mod it, as I still use it on my Megadrive.

There looks to have been a couple on amazon.co.uk at one time, but are no longer in stock.
