I also want my I, Robot marquee signed by Dave Theurer. I have worked out he works at Citrix.

Maybe we should post our marquees to him?

Looking good, what have you done to those poor rivets? Must be your gun, sheesh.

Yeah the gun is a big commercial job Nad and is a bit aqgressive but this is a minor problem old chap, don't let it get you down.

Tony's marquee is signed by Dave Theurer which is a nice touch but at the moment I just want the cab completed, maybe in a month or two would be cool?

Is the marquee populated?

I've been putting all of my Arcade spares into the attic this evening but decided to drop this into the cab as that's where it was going. It's a NOS WG D7700 ....and a couple of pics for James (tb lilley) They are digital and have a push button adjustment board....quite cool

I'm very pleased indeed - not something you come across very often. The guy I got it from was offered a pallet load of these back in 2006 - sadly this is the only one he bought (I did ask ....). Most chuffed.

I don't think it will be staying here Oliver

Getting there James, funny looking cabs these....short & fat! As soon as I get away from Nintendo nowadays confusion sets in!!

They are a bit odd shape wise. I don't think Atari could make their minds up with MC. The proto had that huge marquee looming over the player which got chopped in the final design. There's also am industrial design document floating around where the marquee and speakers were perched under the control panel. Stone cold classic though!

James, did you ever get the D7700 working in the cab as that's what I hope to fit

I did Al. But involved a bit of a compromise - had to alter the position slightly of the left speaker. Not ideal. You may have more luck though - mine had seen service in a Revenge From Mars pinball. So it was mounted in a very odd frame - the monitor hung upside down over the play field. So I had to rehouse the whole lot in an old 4600 frame which I don't think helped much. It's in though and the picture is stunning.tb lilley2014-08-14 14:01:08
