So, I've received a message asking a question about something I'm selling, but when I try to reply, I get the following message "Due to your account status, you aren't authorised to use this feature". WTF? I've never had this happen before, and had actually replied to someone else a short while before, with no problem.
Only thing I notice is that the person messaging me only opened her ebay account today, and has 0 feedback. Any ideas?
