Ah Richard ur here, welcome. Just ordered mine and used Klarna to split the payments, maybe u can add that to the website at some point.

So I bought Alpha's Roadblasters CPO, I shall CNC the cabinet and print the artwork and make a progress video on my youtube channel. Certainly be interested in any software I need to get on it for the spinner / opto that u did in previous video.

I got a few Mister Pis but this one I been waiting for, I dont think its badly priced just £5 cheaper then the other and you mentioned pricing maybe going up (well the A1200 RGL project just had to delay due to parts shortages).

SO right now, I do think this is a quick and easy way of getting a good amount of games running on Heber Mister option, however not all games with analogue inputs are in the mister library, this is because there has been no real choice in the market and Jotego / others working on just two platforms.

Cool, pleased someone bought that, was bargain price I thought but not much love for Roadblasters these days it seems, do a thread with links for it, be nice to see the progress.

when u think about it, 5x £210 (ex) = £1050 at £999 deal, so that £199 (£238.80) and balances out at price of a lot of boards right now, especially if yours is broken and repair bill will be £100-200 due to time to fix. SO yes I do feel the price balance is pretty good, the fake mister is typically £150-170 and then u need an Jamma edge, so that £50-80 spent, we looking at 250! I suspect if I look thru the For Sale section here I see a lot of boards between £150-250 working and £90 broken.

We could ask @multisystem to pickup at the Cave and turn it into a UKVAC meet, maybe if Alex is interested too since he did a lot of work there. Could be a Multisystem showcase.

@Bods oh the CPO, there was two one of eBay and one by Oly, I ended up with both, I might be able to make both good with the bits between the two and i needed an encoder wheel for my chase hq steering

Hi Richard,
Does this have connections
For taito spinners & data east / snk or happ rotary sticks ?
Thanks
Ordered mine this morning.
Yes, as standard it supports Spinners (tempest) and optical trackballs on dedicated connectors for both players and also via the JAMMA connections (as per the standard) but it also can support Analogue inputs for player controls (food fight) or as a throttle etc. again for both players.
Not yet supporting the SNK LS-40 rotary joysticks, but I do intend to have a solution for that in the future because everyone enjoys Ikari Warriors !

Yes, we have it at the lowest price point possible, and that only works for us if we get a good number of orders so we can batch manufacture. We manufacture everything we design here in the UK.
We have a great venue here for meet ups, I very much enjoyed all the previous UKVAC events here and our Arcade Archive is growing along with our Arcade repair workshop. Anyone not aware we have an on-site Arcade Museum and recently renovated building for Arcade restorations. We also have a lot of ongoing Arcade projects in the works!

Thanks for coming on here Richard, been following RMC/RC for a long time and very impressed with the progress over the years, also enjoyed a visit there last year.

While you’re here - any thoughts on the Neo Geo +?

I commented to you a while back (before NG+ became a thing) if you’d consider manufacturing a ‘new’ MVS MOBO for all us MVS owners/users with slowly dying SNK MOBOs. You mentioned issues with creating the physical large cart connector. Obviously NG+ is great news but only for AES owners not us die hard MVS users. If they can do it for AES can’t you for MVS? 😁😉
