You seem to be willing to go through the effort of importing a cab, so why not import two? Get the Blast and the Nac, compare them, keep them both or sell any afterwards.

I’ve got a Blast and 2 Astro’s at home, there’s no wrong one to get here. They are both great cabs, and you can’t tell how reliable they’ll be from pictures. You’ll just have to go for the one you like the look of more.

NAC is maybe a better choice for your first arcade, it's reliable and easier to work with than a Blast City. Also that looks like a real nice condition NAC cabinet.

Screen burn is hard to tell - the picture he took of the Blast he has a flashlight next to the tube (how it should be) but on the NAC he is standing further away and no flashlight on. I would ask for another picture up-close of the NAC monitor with the flashlight on if you are concerned about screen burn.

Any burn noticed?

Looks clean but that's a monitor on a roll wagon, Not one in a cabinet.

To be 100% sure, you need to let it display a white screen.

If text or pictures show up in the white it's burn in.

That quarter circle in the right bottom corner of the tube looks like shadow. I doubt it's burnin.

The thing I am curious about is if this your cabinet monitor or just a random one without picture burn?

Maybe someone think why the hassle but paying 232,000 yen I gotta be careful at least.
