Do you mean which emulator for what game? At someone elses suggestion I tried to start a thread on AA about it but it didn't really catch on. Instead every so often I now post a list of what I've got running where based on my own testing as well as feedback from others. This one is a couple of months old now, it would be out of date for the release I just did today but will probably have some emulators you don't have in 3.5 in it:

the list is auto generated (mainly) and doesn't show bios files (and maybe some parent roms I hide) that may be needed for some things to work.
Or do you mean which versions of the roms for each emulator? In which case the best way to know if your roms will work for a particular emulator is to audit the roms against a datfile for that emulator using Romcenter or ClrMAMEpro. On current builds there's datfiles for most of the mame versions (& fba) zipped in /boot/USER_GUIDE not sure if that will be there on 3.5.
Not sure if I'm answering usefully here, sorry.
