I have this harness
I have removed linked 5v and wired 4 separate lines of 5v 16 awg.
And added the 4 grounds that are missing in this pic also ..

Using a 8 ohm speaker for mono sound .. I get nothing from a rgb - pi with jamma .
That has good sound through jamma edge in my other cab ?

And also a Pandora box2 again no sound …

Also I have a Pandora 4 that works fine in my other cab ..
But with This harness it won’t power up ?
I have checked continuity and wires all solderd on ok ..

I’m stumped ..
I can use rca headphone Jack on some stuff which is ok
But would also like a mono speaker ..
I have tried 8 & 4 ohm speakers , I get an amplified static though the 8 ohm speaker using the + & - wires ( pin 10 & L ) But I need to add a common ground to get amplified static .. but I get no game sounds .. ?

On another of my looms my 12v has multiple lines of 12v

I wil try a diffremt speaker
Good point .. could be the speaker ..👍

Might be to powerfull it’s off house of the dead 2 delux
Could be above 35 watts ..

On my sega cab my pin 10 and L are not amped ..

They just run up from loom to speaker + - prongs

And pi + jamma adaptor work fine amp is on the adaptor .

Pandora’s box 2 & 4 has an amp built in I guess as had volume knob.

Must be the speaker

Why not try a proper jamma board, not that Pandora nonsense. 😆

CPS2 or MVS, you sure you have +12v to power the amp.
Yeah fire up a Football Champ to test

If your connecting a common ground to speaker that's probably why you get static as you, assuming you mean ground wire for the power?

Nah I just read that - negative on the mono is just ground ..

And it can be substituted with a ground . With negative and posative connected to my 8 ohm speaker I get sweet bupkiss

With ground added to the negative I get amped static only

Or it’s broken ( don’t think it is though looks a tough speaker )

I have a known working small low watt speaker I use , will use that to test ..

Só as well as no sound issue ..Pandora 4 powers up no probs in other cabs but not this one ..

Pandora’s 2 no probs
Rgb pi no probs ..
It is an old psu.. Só maybe something not quite right with the psu..
Monitoring the voltages and they are stable.
