Hi, does anyone know of or host a CGI IRC service that I could use.
I can't use MIRC or Java based clients behind the new work
firewall. I remember this was asked about a year ago and can't
remember the outcome. Please email offlist if you can help.

If your firewall allows either SSH (port 22) or https (port 442),
and if you have a box outside the firewall (like on an ADSL at home),
you can happilly use SSH tunnelling to access the IRC network, if
that helps?
