Guys,
Ignore the previous BidPay post!
I need to send a US seller payment for a non-auction, and he can't accept PayPal or Credit Card over the phone!
I really don't want to send concealed cash and BidPay is no good for a non-auction!
Any (preferably online) ideas?

Just make up an auction number (or use one from one of your own previous
ebay-auctions). It works fine, I have done this more than once with BIDPAY

Have you won any auctions on ebay USA recently for anything like the right
amount ?

I have used bidpay in the past to send money for parts from bob roberts by
putting in the ID of another auction I had won (and already paid using
paypal!) - had no problems
