[ukvac] OT: PROM equivalents help
Hi,
Sorry for the OT, but I have no idea about these things, and know some of
you do.
I have a chip, a M27C2001-10B1 which looks like a OTP PROM of 2 MB in size.
What I want to know is, can I use a M27C2001-10F1 which I am hoping is
exactly the same apart from being an EEPROM.
Now the crunch question, can I use a Willem programmer to read from the B1
and program the F1?
