depends if you're pushing for AGP, but i see no reason why, i ended up
fitting a £3 ATI 2mb unbranded? card into the pc that is running the
starwars cockpit in the exhibition and it works like a charm! i did buy a
matrox mystique for £8 too, but i never even tried that out...

(the pc in the starwars cockpit is a cruddy non-AGP 366mhz machine, PCI
only..)

check ebay and buy any ATI cards.. its worth a try when they're piss cheap,
i was told that unbranded ATI cards don't work, but i havn't found a problem
in any resolution with this £3 ebay bargain yet..

Need it because I am using these Trident Blade cards to run Windows at
Standard/Medium Resolution, and am now using these for DVD playback via my
custom built RGB SCART lead it allows NTSC DVD playback at 720x480 and PAL
DVD playback at 720x576 the actual quality is superb, better than my SONY
dedicated DVD player (no Macrovision for example), also I can hire a DVD
out, use DVD ripper have it on my HDD for playback, basically I am working
on creating a cheap multi-media system which can do as much as possible (Web
surfing/DVD playback).
