Paypal Gift/Owed Funds Fee????

Hi!

Sorry to start a new thread.

I went to purchase some boards off of 2 members on here and sent this as owned funds as the gift option didn't seem to be available.

Anyway, the sellers said that some fees went missing.

Can anyone please advise????

What am I doing wrong???? lol

I've done this in the past loads of times without any fees being taken either end.

Has this happen to anyone else?

Please let me know as I don't want Paypal getting any richer than they are!!!

I sent an f&f yesterday and they charged me a fee.

a very small fee. was like 20p to send £20... Something like that.

F&f from pp balance or registered bank account are free.
If its from a debit or credit card there is a fee.

From what I can see you are now charged 1% even if you pay via F&F and have the money in your paypal balance or registered bank account.

Nothing is free any more

I had money in my Paypal balance and made a gift payment, and I still got charged, far less than if it was off my card, but it appears the free gift sending option is no longer there.

Nothing surprises me with paypal, robbers, I suppose the free gift option was good while it lasted but paypal aren't there to do us any favours.

Ah its ok, it was my fault, I used the quick log in from the front screen instead of logging in the long way.

Everything seems ok,

Just seems as though theres a charge if you use debit card.
