Powder Coating Contact in Chesterfield

[Jodo]

Hi all,

I have now located a good, reliable blasting / powder coating company in Chesterfield and their prices are excellent. It's a small business located on an industrial estate but they are friendly and have done a number of arcade parts for me. I know the owner as a result and he has helped me with colour matching etc. They are open from 7am until 10pm weekdays (!) - but closed at weekends.

That is all really - PM me if anyone needs any more details - I'll be using them this week and you'll see the results of their work in my cab threads.

I know it took me a while to find a local company for this service!

EDIT: they have a website here:

Nice when you find a good one! What parts have you got done?

Damn, if this wasn't 1hr 30mins drive I'd be heading there now

Got a ton of metal to sort out

How did you come across them Jodo?

Can you give us a rough idea of how much you are paying so we can compare to other companies?

No probs if you would prefer to keep this in a PM

Nice one. Less than 10 miles from me. Bookmarked.

Small update; I dropped all of the metal parts of a Naomi off on Friday; there is a lot (Both legs, the base, coin door, marquee fitting, service hatch, PCB hatch, rear cover, rear power housing (where the on / off switch is), plus a couple of other smaller pieces.

I will show pictures of the results next week.

I was there about 20 minutes whilst we discussed shot blasting and colour matching / finishes, which is encouraging.
