Power to workshop from gamesroom?

Hi
I want to run power to my new workshop from the gamesroom (which has power). The workshop is on a concrete base and is a couple of feet from the gamesroom. Can anyone advise the cheapest/safest method to get power across?

I'd prefer not to dig up the concrete base so would prefer the power cabling to be above ground if possible.

failing that, just create a channel on the top of the concrete and re-cover.
