I picked up the bar that screws inside a Net City control panel with two hooks on either side and a torsion spring. I had imagined that it would clasp tight to the square metal loops directly above, but upon fitting mine, it still allows the top part to open ~4cm or so. Is this correct? or is it supposed to latch tightly as I was expecting?
