Anyone have experience in this?
I bought a few bits and 1 of them is slightly damaged. I could live with it and try fixing it myself, but just wondering what the protocol is to returning stuff to Amazon JP.
I took the preliminary steps just to see what options there are, and it seems that I could only return for a refund (and if I want a replacement then I'd have to reorder).
Do I pay to return it or do I get a pre-paid label? Have I lost my import tax on this item and would need to pay for it a second time when I reorder?
