Thank you, any chance you could scan them at 300 or higher DPI? Photos are probably better than what I currently have, but scanned images are much easier to clean up and are usually more legible.

I appreciate the offer none the less, if photos are what you can do I can work with that.

Thanks!

fair enough! Where did you find the document for sale? Does the seller have more?

In any case, nice flat photo(s) should help a lot.

Thanks!

Resurrecting an old thread, did anyone manage to obtain an actual service manual or a higher res scan? I'm trying to work something out on the schematic which is impossible with the links above. Thanks.

Mario Kart used a pureflat version didn't it? If so, that would be the 29PF31. Chassis is pretty much identical to the 29E31S to look at, although there may be a few components with different values to work with the flat crt and yoke.

Hi, I’m also looking for a clearer schematic for the Sanwa 29e31s if possible please?
Also, can anyone with a Sanwa 29e31s confirm if the step-down transformer they are using with this monitor is an isolation type please?
A photo of the transformer either way would be really helpful as well if available please.
Thanks.

Simple answer yes

29e can run on 240v

240 to 110 v transforme found in sega Naomi cab is IMG_3674.jpeg

It all depends how you want to wire ( electrify ) your cab ?

These sega transformers come with multiple voltage outputs .

Some come with 3 or 4 different voltage outputs that where particular to the game it was supplied with.

For example sega Naomi sound Amp is 17v some supply this voltage
As well as 5v & 12v. , 24v
& 110v ..

So you need to decide what you want overall for your cab

es31 runs on 90-130vac only
it won't need an iso type
according to my manual the power rating is 160w +/- 20% which would mean 200w is more than capable
