Hi folks
I'm toying with the idea of making some scratch-build cabinets next year.
Midway Space Invaders, Galaxian, Defender . . .
But whenever I think about what I could accomplish, I think of the problems of getting a convincing coin-door on my build.
I mean, people may look at the cabinets I make and think 'wow, that looks great but . . .' and the coin-door will give away the fact that it's not original.
Does anyone have any idea of getting a convincing coin-door . . . or something that looks authentic, please?
3D Printing the doors in plastic? Wait until I can get an original coin-door from eBay for £300?
Open to suggestions . . .
Thank you.
