Sega Mega Tech repair?

Hi

I'm looking for some help, can anyone repair or know of somewhere that could repair my Mega Tech board? works perfectly but the enter button is constantly 'ON' and it's not the wiring, it seems to have had a previous repair where IC25 which is the optocoupler for the servce and enter buttons has been replaced, service button works fine but enter is always on.

So what was the fault?

He redid the previous repair to IC25, socketed it, fixed a broken trace and replaced the (brown) capacitor next to it as it showed signs of leaking

Made a nice change from not being the surface mount Sony chips. Don't think I've ever seen a rev B before.



It had a Yamaha chip at IC65 instead of the usual Sega 315-5308 custom.

Really? this is the only one I've ever owned but ive seen 2 or 3 other boards an I'm sure they were Rev B as well, intresting.
