Sega Racing Hero - big problem after RAM CLEAR

Best way to diagnose the issue is using the Afterburner schematics and the Thunder Blade manual since there are no Racing Hero manuals online.

The IO is on the 50 pin IDE connector which goes to the cage and connects to the buttons via a 20 pin JST connector on the outside of the cage. Check that is seated correctly.

Big thanks for helping me! ( I also wrote on facebook). As i said i followed your advice to unplug every input connectors (also from the pcb) and it didnt solved the problem.

There is maybe a short curcuit directly on the board (or the filter board) wich causes the problem.

I just have the wiring from the Filter Board documented in my manual. All 24 wires of this 50 pin connector lead to this "filter board". In the manual there is nothing documented about the function "SUICIDE" and "RETURN TO CENTER" .

But maybe this two things are the missing positions of the 9 position connector wich has wirings for accelerator,brake and angle.
