Shipping from USA to UK with myUS.com

Has anyone here used myUS.com to ship goods from the US to the UK?
If so, how did you find using the service?

I've just setup an account with the new facility shipping address and the cost looks fairly good.

Not great of you want to save on the duties you pay, so no white lies in what you put the value of the items.
They make you bend over backwards to prove what you paid for your stuff.
That's okay if you have the invoices, but buying from a forum/marketplace is more tricky. Then they sometimes argue that it's probably worth more.

As you can probably tell, I couldn't wait to find a different company lol.

That's exactly what I'm looking to use it for, parts from KLOV forums. Used to be not too bad ordering from the US, but over the last year or so, it's got really bad.

I've been using ShopUSA to get items from the US.
It's a mixed experience in terms of their replies and speed of processing, but always come through in the end.
They do add a good chunk for handling your parcel when it comes to shipping though. I'd imagine most of the companies are similar.
They have never challenged me on the cost of my items though.

I’ve used MyUS for quite a few years now and have never had a major issue with them.

As stated above, you need an invoice (either a physical invoice in the parcel or upload an electronic screenshot) for them to process the onward shipping. Shipping prices are quite cheap (IMHO). You pay the VAT fees upfront. I use their FedEx economy service which takes around 4-5 days to be delivered once it’s left Florida.

They are no good for buying from KLOV sellers (unless the seller can provide a suitable invoice).

I use them a fair bit - had a few issues with invoices for parts from non business purchases but figured it out. Every time i had an issue although the wait can be long the chat option help worked quickly.... you can adjust the shipping charges & methods which helps keep the prices down unless is urgent and then of course the charge is much higher.
