Exactly buddy, the tenant said the CO detector had gone off recently... I wasn't surprized.

I'd say it was a rather lucky the boiler packed in when it did

, I took the easy option and capped it from the gas supply and effectively condemned it.

The heat exchanger may be salvageable but the gas valve must be f**ked allowing the flames to reach up and toast the bottom of the Heat exchanger.

Bloody things at least 25 years old, it needs put to the scrappy
