I've just finished putting up the internal boards in the workshop this morning. Went with high and low level sockets. These are 17" and 67" from the floor so gives me good coverage.
All these sockets are on there own ring with the cable running along the top of the wall and dropping down for each socket, then back up again so I know where the cabling runs now that it's covered with board. The cabling runs in its own conduit so it doesn't sit directly against the insulation or move around and gives it space to cool down if the line gets maxed out and starts to heat up.
A bit of filling, sanding and painting and that should be good to go.
