Looks like it's gonna happen then. The cynic in me wonders how many different versions will come out

The ROTJ deleted scene from the blu-Ray is pretty cool I think. Tonally it doesn't fit in well with the film as a whole but for the opening scenes I'd argue it *does* work in context and Lucas should have left it in. Very dark. Love it.

Yeah thenwait for the 3D version as well, then the deluxe collectors edition etc etc oh and then the special edition blueray box set with postcards for only £69.99 (postcards about £20 each!)

Gotta love those marketting people....

Yup.. and he said the blu-ray wouldn't contain an update of the original theatrical. Just the updated editions...

Yeah. Really. The first blu-ray wont. Maybe that's for the second. Or third.

It's like being raped but with a bizarre form of consent. We'll just keep paying the git. Well - for Eps 4-6. 1-3 are a bad joke and for one I wont miss not having them.
