Stormtrooper Helmet Build

Recently got a stormtrooper helmet kit, made from the original molds used in Return of the Jedi by a 501st Legion approved builder.
Was a little pricey for what you get, but is totally screen accurate.
This is how it starts. Everything needs cutting by hand.

Cut out, sides glued and clamped overnight.

Nearly there.. Just painting to do.

And finished it today!!
Real pleased with it now, painting the frown and vocoder really made it.

Yeah that would be cool.
I'd like a couple of others. Going to have to make some wall mount stands for them to go in my games room I think.
