In short, no it cannot be done easily. We were looking at writing our own bespoke code to support it but it's a massive task and an ongoing maintenance task that would go on forever. The Admin and Mods here are strictly volunteers so we have to choose what to do development wise pretty carefully.
We often get asked for things like this. Just as often we're asked why we can't migrate to another platform that supports (insert feature here). The answer is that again none of these things are simple. We have a lot of data in the current forum format that I don't think anyone would want to lose. There's also the issue of the secure content (Logon creds, PM data, etc) which is encrypted. Migrating to another platform requires finding a way to integrate migrating all those features - again not simple or easy. If we wanted to migrate to a new platform with a "big bang" we could but everything in flight would be lost, not something I think users would find acceptable.
We are looking at it and lots of other cool things, but our real lives/jobs kinda keep getting in the way
