[ukvac] TECH Tube for WG 6101
Ok Vector Techs,
Im looking for a tube suitable for use with a WG 6101 - does
anyone know of a TV/Monitor/Anything which would be suitable. I
Know i can buy a new 19VLUP22 from www.rell.com, but im
looking for somthing cheaper. alternatively, if anyone has an
amplifone for sale :)))

Cheers

If you have an amplifone yoke and chassis - you can use any 25"
tube - as long as its 90 degree deflection angle - as 99% of tvs are
:) doesnt even have to be a 25" electronics - can use the 19"
version no problems

From 5 years of experience replacing tubes in ex-rental TVs, I
seem to remember that most 22" and above TV's with regular tubes
have been 110 degree deflection angle.

Most FST tubes are 90 degree though. But then you would have a hard
time converging an FST tube with a set of deflection coils that are
meant for a non FST set. Athough you may be able to get away with it
with a vector game.

Dave.
