Well I have set off a couple of 35gb torrents for this, one said it was "TeknoParrot for Core", the other seemed to contain similar titles, but was labeled "TeknoParrot for Obsidion3d".
No idea at this stage what the difference is, so grabbing both to be sure.

My set is at 198gig and still not complete, you would probably be best off joining emuline and cherry picking the games you do want.

Oh yeah, you may have parts of TP identified by your viri software, they are false positives, exclude the entire folder, also some games (MK DX) will also require you to have the main exe set to launch as admin.

Well I have managed to get a game going, Mario Kart DX.
I have gone into controller configuration and done that, and saved it.

Mario Kart starts and it says "press item button", but pressing the button I mapped does nothing ???

Aaaah if you are using an Xbox controller you have 'xinput' ticked, any others deselect it!

For MK DX you will also need to go and make a profile on the TP website so you can make and download a save file, then you need to press F2 at the right time to load it*, you will also need to end your game properly to save it, or you could just download a game completed save file.

*This is because of the arcade Banapass system, and needs the game to be allowed internet access.

xinput sorted my xbox one pad issue, thanks.
Tried a few games, mostly ok. Couldnt get Gigawing to start, and Raiden IV was in window about 1/4 the size of the screen.

Really impressive though.

TeknoParrot is incredibly flakey. I’ve been running games with it for a couple of years at least now. Most of them you can run with GameLoader All RH, but there are many TeknoParrot exclusives. It now runs SFV Arcade! But be prepared to mess about loads to get them working as you want. Controls need to be configured for each game. Not all are full screen too, so you need to add hacks etc till they get fixed.
Still, it’s amazing that you get an incredible library running on your PC
