I bought this Terra Cresta PCB off ebay last night and picked it up this afternoon.
It was sold with graphics issues, I plugged it into the test rig and it did exactly what's seen in the video below.
The moon is split on the left side of the screen.

I had a quick look over the PCB and found a dry solder joint on the 50 pin header.
Bottom row, third pin from the left, the joint on the seventh pin also looked a bit dodgy.
I put the board back together and wiggled the ribbon cable and the fault corrected itself.
I reflowed all the solder joints on all headers and all other joints that looked a bit iffy.
The board now runs perfectly.
