Always makes his arranged appointments & calls ahead advising of ETA.
the only profesional logistics company to use.
And the only one I know that has proper insurance 14k+ of machines.
All blanket wrapped and securely strapped in.

I cannot praise Martin and his team enough for delivering my Blast City & Astro City cabinets to me, especially after having to deliver them to another address due to the situation with some deluded hippie in the downstairs flat freaking out over how big they were.

The nosey cow still wasn't best pleased when I brought the Blast City back in bits to transport it upstairs.

Martin delivered that to my work place and stuffed it in the server build room, those were the days !

I honestly did not realise how heavy the sod was till i had to get it to my car !

Another excellent delivery from Martin & his crew yesterday. They weren't attacked by my neighbours this time and the machines were a lot easier to carry up the two flights of small victorian stairs to my flat.

My only complaint is the lack of communication on when things are being picked up and delivered.

I paid for a monitor because he would not schedule in a collection until payment was made which is fair enough, but now its been over a month and thus far zero progress.

He has not contacted the seller to arrange a pickup and does not respond to any sort of messages. I have phoned him on a couple occasions and keep getting told it is being scheduled soon in and will call back (but then never does).

Bloody great big Electrocoin MVS delivered today. Was nicely secured and blanketed in the back of the van, and Martin was happy to bring it inside. Had a couple of days notice before delivery, a text with an ETA before he actually arrived.

Can't say fairer than the price either, so it's a thumbs up from me!

Martin finally delivered my monitor yesterday and he seems a decent bloke, but I find it difficult to recommend him due to lack of communication.

It is bad when you only find out your item has been collected because the seller informed you and then 5 days of silence before getting a call to ask about a delivery slot.

He no doubt does a great job in all other aspects to ensure a safe delivery as long as you don't care about time frames.

I think it’s unrealistic to think it’s picked up from there address and dropped to yours. The margin I must be ok but only if he packs the van with things to drop on the way . Martin responds very well to direct phone calls as he’s driving all day , try not to txt or email as I’d imagine it’s akward for him to stop to txt back.

There was never the expectation of same day pick up collection and drop off.

There is however the expectation of getting better communication.

Rather poor when I have a seller contacting me to find out what the heck is going on and keeping me more and better informed than the courier.

A simple "Item collected" would suffice or "Item scheduled for pickup".

This is a feedback thread so it should be for real feedback.

I was not going to mention this but getting an angry phone call off Martin when someone posted about another Martin was not very professional.

Not today, it was feedback from lastest drop off, seen the thread and remembered I hadn't left feedback for the last drop offs.

He just picked up a cab for me today however. From Wales.
