Kind of bought this on a whim while ordering some other stuff from the US. It will be my first experience of FPGA, so will be interesting to see how it compares to playing on a groovyMAME setup. Probably won't be able to tell the difference, knowing me. Lol

The online high score tables sound cool, not that I'll be seeing my name on any.

Delighted to finally have a Taito spinner!

I've been after one for ages and one came up on KLOV with a PCB too. The seller wasn't keen on shipping to the UK.

So we arranged for it all to be shipped to my Dad's cousin in Florida who very kindly offered to ship it on to me.

However, in the meantime I'm looking for somewhere near the National Bowl to park as we have tickets for Reggaeland. I sent a message to a very good friend of mine to find out to me what parking was like near his house as it is about a 20 minute walk from his. He replied that I should just park on his drive as he was currently in Fort Lauderdale on holiday.

I jokingly said if I'd have known, he could have popped round my cousin's house to pick up my package.

Anyway, it turned out that she was only half an hour away, so he kindly offered to go and get it and bring it back between layers of skiddy boxers. And so he did.

I can't thank him enough.

The PCB and spinner survived the trip across the world and I'm really chuffed with the condition of the spinner.

With one of Corrado's fantastic Jamma adaptors, a spinner loom from Ebay, and some connectors to pin, I'm delighted to say everything works perfectly.

Just need to bring a cab back home from my parents' house, create a panel and will be able to get some proper games in. Can't wait!

Well I recieved the BackBit NeoGeo cart a couple of days ago, I preordered it when I saw it was announed....

So far I think it's excellent..., it loads every game lightning fast that I have thrown at it......I've got the NeoSD PRO and even with the flash option on the NeoSD the Backbit runs rings around that...

Did you have to pay tax on this? It ships from the US right?

Me too, think I sold twice and well under £80..

Might be wrong but I thought the flash carts couldn’t play KOF2003 and Mark of the Wolves properly.
Even better! I had five brand new KOF 2003 MVS kits that I sold for around £120 each, I think 😆😭

I haven’t noticed anything weird with either (although not a fan of KOF 2003, so don’t put it on much if ever!) games but am now intrigued to know what is wrong with them.

I sold my complete KOF2003 for £100 way way back. Prices these days are whack.

I am probably getting confused with the multicarts out of China that play the prototype version of Mark of the wolves and cannot display the life bars correctly of KOF2003.

Not much of a fan of KOF2K3 either, 97 - 2000 are my favourites.
