Yeh That’s what I thought …
The guys clothes are a bit 70’s
But the target is prob late 80’s

I looked on eBay to see what I could find and it’s opened up a whole new world lol

Found yours which is a part of a set of them!! If you search “cool shooting target” loads come up.

From what I can tell the originals are worth Min £40/50 ish each but there’s a guy selling reproductions (surprise surprise) lol

This particular range are used by French and Belgium police force and actually from the 90s!! So you’ve got more info about it.

I wonder who the artist is because he/she could have done a cool job for some arcade stuff ,,, Leather enforcers,
